01 HOW PRE-ORDER WORKS
Pre-Order is a bulk order for manufacturing. Buyers commit to a production run and pay upfront into escrow. You manufacture against confirmed demand, so there is no unsold stock and no inventory sitting on your books. The prepayment funds the run, which frees your working capital.
Commission is charged on the total order value of the run, not on single-item retail price. Larger runs carry a lower rate. Cloud Mart holds the money in escrow and releases it on fulfilment.

Escrow-backed. Funds release to you on fulfilment. A refundable Fulfilment Bond applies, returned on clean delivery. Applies to physical and manufactured categories; digital sells under B2C or Wholesale.

Shipping is not free. Orders are delivered through our logistics partners: Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx and Ekart. Shipping charges are billed separately, based on courier, weight and destination. GST and other applicable taxes are extra, as per government law.
